At SAM’s Celebration Studio, every product is handcrafted with care and customized with love.
Since most of our items are made-to-order, we aim to ensure each creation reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below.

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defective products, or incorrect customization on our part.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please provide an unboxing video or clear photos when reporting any issue — this helps us process your request quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards or discount vouchers
  • Digital/downloadable files
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or replacement.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the product was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.
  3. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at 📧 cares@samscelebration.studio.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at 📧 cares@@samscelebration.studio with your order details and photos.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error was on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned packages.
